What is an Event Stylist ?

An event stylist brainstorms, designs and executes the overall decor concept, customized theme and inspired aesthetic for your special event.

Stylists like Rae deliver this through color palette, lighting, flowers, props, stationary, centerpieces, favors, kid stations, decor, desserts, activity stations and every detail in between.

Event & wedding stylists are the perfect choice for hosts who prefer to handle the logistical details but need help with the décor and design.

When you work with CelebRAEtions, your stylist arrives a few hours before start time to assemble centerpieces, dessert tables, table numbers, menus, kids stations, etc. that you or potentially RAE has custom-designed for your special event.

CelebRAEtions makes everything look fantastic and then vacates once the party starts. Whoola...making you look like the hostess with the DIY mostess!

Why do I need a stylist instead of a coordinator?

Event styling is a budget friendly and creative way to add that special touch to an annual affair at your home or a fresh palette to your fundraiser dinner.

Stylists are an excellent option for hosts who already have a caterer or venue they love and are confident in managing the flow and timeline of their event.

For example, CelebRAEtions can collaborate with you and your caterer to design and display an awe-inspiring dessert or favor station at your 30th Wedding Anniversary party. Or perhaps you need direction on the colors and centerpieces at your daughter's sweet sixteen celebration.

CelebRAEtions has the proven experience and background you need to make your event filled with creative memories and personalize charm.

Is Consulting the right fit for me?

We will collect preliminary information about you, your event and your needs (usually via email) and then meet via phone and/or in person to provide you with concrete suggestions on ways to make your event personal, creative, memorable and/or budget friendly. We can also help to streamline and bring cohesion to your vision, while delivering a fresh perspective to your plans.

After meeting, definitely consider requesting a customized CelebRAEtions inspiration board. You will be able to utilize this as a go-to guide when you meet with your vendors throughout the planning process.
